Assistant Manager – Sales Enablement
 
Required skills-
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of overall professional work experience
  • Good verbal and written Communication skills, team player, proficiency in MS office products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Detailed experience in the Software Services Industry and deep understanding of Commercial constructs and their appropriate use and corresponding risk/cost mitigation.
  • Strong project, process management and reporting skills.
  • Detailed oriented, hands on, able to report status backed up by facts
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels
Stakeholder Management - Identifying and developing trusted relationships with the sales/ engineering teams to provide end-to-end support on all opportunities
Bid Handling - Responsible for managing end-to-end & timely delivery of global RFP/RFI/RFQ to meet customer's functional, commercial, and technical requirements.
Pricing - Manage the process for consolidating resource loading with correct information on the Global Rate Card. Responsibly translating the Proposal into a Statement of Work, ensuring consistency between the two and ensuring that Commercial Terms are well understood and in compliance with our Pricing and Risk Management policies.
Ensuring that all teams are represented and participating effectively. Managing the end-to-end Proposal timeline, including Delivery/Sales and Deal Review Meetings. 
Reporting on portfolio status and escalations as required.
 
Compliance
  • Assembly of the Bid Team with clear assignment of responsibilities and timeline.
  • Driving pre-kick-off meetings.
  • Creating, reviewing, consolidating & submitting proposals that are compelling and present them as viable propositions to the customer.
  • Maintaining updated data on internal repositories.
  • Support in the delivery of presentations & demos
  • Tracking the Win/Loss and conducting analysis
Onboarding Support
Answering qualification/onboarding questionnaires from customers & partners
  • Providing standard company & product documentation (Capability Collaterals) & compliances
  • Supporting sales in agreement processing (SoW etc.)
  • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and on time delivery
Secondary skills -
  • Identify proactive proposal for new prospects
  • Gathering data from the sales intelligence tools and internal repository.
  • Creating reusable collaterals and objects for consumption of different verticals
  • Responsible for strategic account planning (detailed client overview) for the key accounts
